Nutrition

Alongside our Training programmes we also offer a Nutrition mentoring plan, the 8 Week Eat Well Plan. 

This is not a fad diet, restrictive food plan or crazy shred. The programme has been designed to educate and empower you to make better choices when it comes to your nutrition. It is designed to work around both your life and training in order to create a balanced approach to your health and nutrition for the sustainable future.

What does the programme include:

  • A complete 8 week food plan and recipe book consisting of 3 meals and 2 snacks per day 

  • Full body measurements and a 15 minute check in and progress update at weeks 1, 4 and 8.

  • The choice to be part of a Whatsapp group for accountability, mentoring and support

  • A bonus two pre-recorded zoom classes a week (1 strength and 1 cardio class)  

 

Investment

  • £200 for the 8 weeks which can be paid in full or in 2 instalments
