Core & Restore

Core and Restore is an 8 week programme designed specifically for post-natal women to help you reconnect and strengthen your core and pelvic floor. It is a progressive strength programme and teaches you to effectively activate your pelvic floor and core through movement, which is really important as part of every day mum life. It is designed to help heal the body from the inside out and is a really good way to get your body feeling a little more normal again and is a great intro back into training/exercise in a way that's safe for your body. We would always highly recommend this as a first port of call when thinking about returning to exercise as its so important to rebuild the foundations of your body slowly and safely

 

The course is limited to a small group and includes 8 x 1 hour sessions, What's app support group, e book containing an 8 week home workout programme to do in addition to the classes plus a 4 week food plan and recipe book.
