Welcome to Stronger Together yoga! We wanted to bring you a class that would help to refill and recharge both your body and mind. 

 

Our yoga classes follow a vinyasa flow using the fringe.yoga method working week by week with the four elements; Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Each session is designed to leave you feeling a little more focused, energised and recharged. 

 

Our classes are designed for everyone, whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced yogi. We believe the benefits of yoga go way deeper than just improving flexibility. 

Pilates

 

Our Pilates classes follow the classical mat format which is the purest form of Pilates you can do. This method was created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900's, and was designed through controlled movements, to target all of the muscles in the body (even the smallest of muscle groups). Ultimately, helping to improve; posture, flexibility and functionality, by lengthening and strengthening the muscles in the body simultaneously. It is a method that anybody can do and works brilliantly to compliment other forms of exercise, or to be done on it's own.

All Yoga & Pilates classes are included as part of our monthly memberships, however drop in’s are also welcome.
